Orlando For Pesach ("OFP", "we", "us") operates the Orlando For Pesach mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

• Phone number – used solely to verify your identity via one-time passcode (OTP) and to associate your account.
• Display name – an optional name you choose to appear in community features.
• Community messages – messages you post within community chat areas.
• Vendor & announcement submissions – content you voluntarily submit for publication.
• Push notification token – used to deliver in-app notifications you opt into.
• Profile photo – stored locally on your device only; we do not upload it to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you securely via SMS OTP.
• To display your display name within community features.
• To deliver push notifications you have opted into.
• To review and publish vendor listings and announcements you submit.
• To provide and improve the OFP application.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio to deliver SMS verification codes; your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for this purpose and is governed by Twilio's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab of the app, which permanently removes all personal data associated with your account from our systems.

5. Your Rights

• Access – you can view your phone number and display name within the app.
• Correction – you can update your display name in the Profile tab.
• Deletion – you can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Profile → Delete Account. This action is immediate and irreversible.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted HTTPS communication and hashed session tokens. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

The OFP app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
